I agree that some of these small fams are just a waste, they don't do anything all version long, while if the members had been in a bigger fam they could've made a difference.

Waging wars to get KS for dupes is too much hassle. Dupes are usually weaker than the main account, and that's the one dupers boost. They want their GF, CDC, successor accounts to be strong, not some shitty brug they don't care about. Just wait till Mara gets cleaned, there you will see, which accounts have no KS. :')

Without KS the dupe fams would be more powerful, because their dupes would be closer (strength wise) to active shooting accounts (no KS makes accounts more level). That means you would eventual get suicided on by dupes with little hope to survive.
