As Everyone can see there is a whole new design and the frames are replaced. Behind the scenes are way more things changed.
We from OBN had the chance to help a omerta developer yesterday by beta testing, finding bugs and trying exploits.
We found several bugs who were fixed inmediatly and 1 exploit who also got fixed.
I understand there are some problems still but we from OBN know he is working hard to solve every single thing. This is due the old code must be made compatible with the new framework.
What Will change on OBN in 4.0?

- Honour points
- Business spots information

There is a whole new framework and a lot changed ingame, so we have to rewrite the majority of out code. MrWhite started already with it last night but it will take some time.

Welcome to this new round of Omerta.
Besides a totally new lay-out, there are no changes/ new implementations which means that you know the game and can get started straight away!
There are 40 spots available for families to start with, if you guys think this is not enough just let us know. All casinos are open from the start and buyable by the players, no Obay/crew casinos this round. You all had the chance to vote about this, first one swearing at crew for this decision will get an ip ban for a year.

PS. Although we don't expect anything strange to happen, the new lay-out might cause some small glitches in the game. We will receive an automatic report when an error happens and make sure we will fix it with first priority.
PS2. It's not possible yet to upload profile pictures, we're working on this as we speak.
PS3. If you want to keep up to date with what the devs are doing feel free to join #4.0 on irc

I do like the new look, those crime/car/travel/bullet options are handy, but I would like that its possible to deactivate the extra text at all the options...

They just called it 4.0 to attract some attention but in the basics its still the same shit KA, same shit lackeys, same shit farming style of gameplay.
And on top of that we got scammed with the DC's.
