After rumours spread that the Liberta alliance wanted to make a plan on Regnum the Anadolu Alliance decided that this was not acceptable.
They responded to the rumour by attacking a part of the Liberta+ alliance. Namingly, the main family Liberta and the smallest family Perpetual. They are being shot by the Anadolu+ alliance (Aequitas, Vogue, Anadolu & Samyo) + Stigmata & Belvedere.
Why only a part you might ask? Till today the Liberta alliance existed of Liberta + Ocean + Perpetual. It seems the Ocean family got safelisted because they have a tight relationship with the Vogue family, who is part of the Anadolu alliance. Tops from Vogue and Ocean are family in real life.
