After a few quiet nights the bullets are flying in the omerta universe again as we see Hattrickelli beeing gunned down by Vertigo and their sisterfam Latigo. Word is also out that the Anadolu alliance and Cascio were part of coalition against Hattrickelli.
The most likely reason for Hattrickelli's demise is that Provenzano (and Ataraxia) were ranking within them.
