Today Kiti (admin, red) posted the following statement ingame:
Dear all,
This round we allowed 22 families to start.
According to cities, every city can have number of fam below,
Detroit 4
Chicago 3
Palermo 2
New York 3
Las Vegas 2
Philadelphia 3
Baltimore 3
Corleone 2
Ps: Those values to start, it can be changed for future.
Have fun

So it seems like it will be a crowded version with lots of players outside a family or in another one than their own, even though the majority voted for more families in the VOTD.
Update: #Help has now been set as invite only, since it seems like too many joined to complain.
UPDATE: Brando has changed the family limit to 45 families. The following are the total families per city.

Quite probable that Righelli lost a LC for nothing indeed, smaller chance of suicide when they'd have had the time to wait for another LC. It'd have been really worth it when they kept the 22 family idea, but now it's just a waste in my opinion.
But asking the admins about a revive probably won't help you.. it's the admins, they don't help you :P If they're already incapable enough to see that 22 is weird regarding their own votd, then how would they manage to understand the most likely reason why that LC got shot..

now 45 fams, end of suiciding? new plans? some ppl did a lot for 'nothing' as now slower fams can be up. good idea but wont put away the original 22 fams fuck up. waiting what brando will do next.. skitzo?

No vinci indeed, we were just too slow & had our best rankers killed. Such is the game of Omerta, win some you loose some n we came out on the loosing side in hq battle, thats just the way it is. Tho Vinci wont b gone by any stretch of the imagination ^^
Just wanna pass on my congrats to every fam which made it up & to their rankers which achieved it, from all sides of the games, very nice work.
