I disagree.
We pre-shot with 14k on a Bruglione ranked 1000+ both in bullets and RP. I have 1 million+ bullets and much higher RP but only had 70 health after receiving 28k backfire.
Backfire has much more strength than shooting yourself, KA is way off.

Add 200 for being brug and your looking at 700 points, no wonder people die in BF.
