In this game everyone who isn't on your bloods list can be your threat, there for everyone is potential target, as we don't make no shooting deals, but we don't break our word either. We start neutral with every family and we make our moves for what's best for our family.
Families aren't even up, you guys tell what wars will happen. If Vinci and Conf didn't change long history of killing each other you would already be waiting for that war, now you need some other war so you feel safer thinking you know what's gonna happen. If you worry for Levi whoever you may be (Levi member, top, someone 3rd), do you want me to deny killing Levi? Why would I? As long as we don't see them as direct threat, we have no reason to kill them.

It is ridiculous to ask promises about first war in my opinion.
I will keep it short. Neither Levi nor Vinci are families that makes revenge wars at starts. New version means new version. New version has new conditions, new bloodships, new friendships etc.
Me or Johnny, We can't say that we won't shoot each other. But also we can't say that we will shoot each other.
To be honest last version was good example of "new versions-new conditions". Everyone was expecting Levi to shoot Marazzino, it didn't happen at start. Anyway, you got my point.
Congratz to Venture for coming up first. But I don't think they will do as good as last version. They were new on the block last vers, but they made some wars and prolly gained some enemies.
Dont think venture will make it that long as last version.. but gratz to be the first fam!
