i have a hard time imagining you were a top of a fam dellamorte, prolly a not succefull one if you dont know that the only way to be good and have fun in this game, is by the time u spend on irc, and by the online ppl making relations and plans etc, or u think those slaves of urs go fuck and have fun and party and when they come back for 10 minutes for their brug account they know wtf is going on in the game, or took care of the fam, or planned anything ? your not very smart. Its not about being slave or not, if ppl choose to spend all day typing codes its their choice, its the way the game is played, if u dont want go play smth else, now if ppl are not around this game is nothing, this game cant be playing with 1h a day.

Exactly. Conditions changed and the ones who can't live with it chose not playing, without even thinking of the advantages.
I can only make conclusions that there were so way more no-lifers attached to PC, than i immagined. Or simply, scripters.
Immagine you keep slaves in gulag where they have to work to earn a piece of bread for themselves every day. Then after 5 years you let them go free, saying they can go do whatever they want - work elsewhere, get rich, have fun, drink and fuck a lot, and if they want they can always come back to a diner to have food whenever they want.
Do you think they will still stay and continue working? Or they adjust to the new style of life.

Many of those wars were against fringe families. (Aka families without bloods, or with small bloods). Who asfu shot numerous times... (I think 3 of asfu's first wars were against the same 10 person family.) This war record is not something Asfu should want to show off. Both because of the timing, and the targets.

It is really interesting, how people managed to be active when they had to click even when chatting, but cannot find an hour to come chat, when they don't need to click buttons? But that's something that is wrong with people who cannot adjust to the changes of the game, not the game itself.

Main job for admins should have ever been catching dupers and proxy users, which is not really rocket science when u put your resources into it.
And yes, lackeys should be cheaper. I have been a tester of the new Star Wars: The old Republic MMORPG - it is awesome and has a great storyline, which makes your "ranking" like a good single player game, and then you can still go PvP. It will cost 13 euro a month, which is normal for that kind of game, i would say.
On lackeys/dc's you might spend like 10 euro a month. Comparing the games, for sure, DC's must be cheaper, or give more credits.

I never understood one thing, exactly: why in order to achieve something, you have to spend endless hours just watching at the boring screen, doing crimes, car nicks, booze runs and so on. Why the hell time spent doing worthless and IQ decreasing crap is a factor that determines how good player you are? What is heroic in typing 50 000 codes in 2 months?
I am not really proud to admit that this game wasted about 5 years of my time (with breaks), that could definitely be spent for something more useful. However, i loved the game and the people. And i still do. And i always wanted to have my conscience clear of any cheating, so in order to keep up i simply ranked.
In order to achieve something like personal account strength, you had to become a lifeless bastard spending days and nights at the PC and ranking, ranking, ranking. If you were also a top, in addition to that you had to spend lots of time in IRC. I do not blame the IRC. IRC and killing are the most important parts of the game. But when you had to rank with your red eyes, just to keep up with others, it was simply too much.
Most tops did not have enough energy to last longer than 2-3 versions in a row as tops. Look around and see how many tops either retired or demoted themselves during the period since 2.2 to 3.2. From those who i knew closest - Ezhov, Crazylegs, Halfsoul, Satyr - all went away just to live their lives. They still loved the game, simply it was too much time-consuming. I am pretty sure you yourselves would come up with way more names as examples.
Most of us are of age 20-40. Those are probably the best years of human life. Yes, games are also part of life, and as a PC games fan i would never consider them as a waste of time. However, a game should not become a job. Fun parts in this game are: IRC, WARS, and maybe group crimes. That's it. Period. Ranking and clicking? Even if someone is attached to a wheelchair - there are WAY MORE ways to have fun than typing codes (as for MMORPG, i can mention LOL, WOW, SWTOR and probably a dosen others, where you get satisfaction of killing others, however gaining your rank is also fun). That's just about gaming, i wonder if some1 here would prefer to read a book or watch a good old movie instead of ranking.
So, we come up with conclusion - account growth should be a lot less time consuming. It still needs to be slow, otherwise you wouldn't value your account at all. However it does not need to take 80% of your life.
What lackeys do: they give you free time, still allowing to be in the game. Simply - they disable the need for mindless clicking, and let you deal with your own business, which allows you to manage your time better, so you could come online when you are needed there. Those who enjoy sitting and chatting, they still can do that. Those who like mindless clicking - they can also still do that and earn more money. However lackeys eliminated the need to sit online 24/7, and that is a good thing.
I was retired due to my busy works, and i thought i was retiring forever - although i still had sentiments and wanted to play. Without lackeys i definitely wouldn't be here. And there are way more of players who still enjoy the game, but were forced to leave due to their personal life. They have a chance to enjoy it now.
Of course, situation is not as beautiful in the game, as i am describing. But this is a fracture point where whole outlook of each and every player must change: not the lifeless bastard who clicks all day is a cool guy. A guy who knows how to manage his time is a cool guy now!
Players do have to understand that it is important to maintain the communication, and be reachable (simple example: sms status), despite no need to always be online. If they do, family is capable of something. That's job for the tops, to educate them. I'm not a top since last year so i cannot really advise anything specific.
In short: wise use of lackeys enables you to play this game properly and not waste your life to it, and that is an improvement only blind people cannot see.

Most tops did not have enough energy to last longer than 2-3 versions in a row as tops. Look around and see how many tops either retired or demoted themselves during the period since 2.2 to 3.2. From those who i knew closest - Ezhov, Crazylegs, Halfsoul, Satyr - all went away just to live their lives. They still loved the game, simply it was too much time-consuming. I am pretty sure you yourselves would come up with way more names as examples.
Most of us are of age 20-40. Those are probably the best years of human life. Yes, games are also part of life, and as a PC games fan i would never consider them as a waste of time. However, a game should not become a job. Fun parts in this game are: IRC, WARS, and maybe group crimes. That's it. Period. Ranking and clicking? Even if someone is attached to a wheelchair - there are WAY MORE ways to have fun than typing codes (as for MMORPG, i can mention LOL, WOW, SWTOR and probably a dosen others, where you get satisfaction of killing others, however gaining your rank is also fun). That's just about gaming, i wonder if some1 here would prefer to read a book or watch a good old movie instead of ranking.
So, we come up with conclusion - account growth should be a lot less time consuming. It still needs to be slow, otherwise you wouldn't value your account at all. However it does not need to take 80% of your life.
What lackeys do: they give you free time, still allowing to be in the game. Simply - they disable the need for mindless clicking, and let you deal with your own business, which allows you to manage your time better, so you could come online when you are needed there. Those who enjoy sitting and chatting, they still can do that. Those who like mindless clicking - they can also still do that and earn more money. However lackeys eliminated the need to sit online 24/7, and that is a good thing.
I was retired due to my busy works, and i thought i was retiring forever - although i still had sentiments and wanted to play. Without lackeys i definitely wouldn't be here. And there are way more of players who still enjoy the game, but were forced to leave due to their personal life. They have a chance to enjoy it now.
Of course, situation is not as beautiful in the game, as i am describing. But this is a fracture point where whole outlook of each and every player must change: not the lifeless bastard who clicks all day is a cool guy. A guy who knows how to manage his time is a cool guy now!
Players do have to understand that it is important to maintain the communication, and be reachable (simple example: sms status), despite no need to always be online. If they do, family is capable of something. That's job for the tops, to educate them. I'm not a top since last year so i cannot really advise anything specific.
In short: wise use of lackeys enables you to play this game properly and not waste your life to it, and that is an improvement only blind people cannot see.
