Cause they adjusted to the version, in war they ask for target devision and stick to those targets. PLan on them kill em and make rdy to defend. Only total war they did was against a smaller fam in samuria war, when samuria asked nazdro to make a deal with repu and they took it. Best decision they made as again in 3 wars they killed a lot.

First cause they are new.
Second asapava countered on them 2 wars ago but stopped cause nazdrovia made them stop.
third : Last war xzone countered on them but stopped and start shooting other fams.
Forth casue mostly they go in sh after they shoot there target, good tactics that other fams forget it seems.
