Can you, mastermind, explain how it provides revenue?
By having your usual whales (big spenders) either buy hps to bolster their strength, or buy dhps to send to their enemy to make them weaker. Just like earlier version the whales whould give 'fresh' dcs for lets say 200-300 hps, now they will do the same to get some pleb to send their enemy dhps.
With this the crew not only earn their precious dc money from honour points, but also from dhps.
