yes lots of huggers on top... and the ones who arent, presidents, have been bad at actually winning there fights. presidents definitely have been bad at finishing targets. but i think they dont need to really. they have huge rank and bullet advatange so it may be smarter for them to just kill all of a families good players rather than waste bullets shooting shitty accounts. they also had counters in a lot of there wars they got in so mgith make it hard to finish.
