It's part of the problem I reckon. There isn't much to play for except shooting for hof. Objects don't really matter in the grand scheme of things, there are players on 3 mil bullets or over that couldn't manage an object to save their live.
Ranking isn't fun or rewarding. Collecting milestones is semi-fun, but it get's to be enraging/demotivating when you lose half your milestones during the night. Or worse yet, you collect them all but get shot down in the very first war you enter by someone who put in a tenth of the effort but managed to stay alive up until then.
The end-game has a whole set of problems in and of itself and has spurred on massive pacting and gay-ass strategies to win the game.
The only reason I reckon 80% of the game still plays this is because of the friends they made and because whatever whatsapp group or irc channel you're on is just much more active and fun when you all play. A sort of shared misery that bonds you over this horror-show of a game.

I remember in the "good old days" fams like leviticus, righelli and a bunch of others working together to kill the big pact(Marang, conflict, anarchy, gravano etc.) after which they broke up in smaller sides again and started fighting eachother.

Nobody has ever shown any interest, cuz even the fams who are not gay still seem to like to feed the troll.
The more you shoot the pact, the bigger the pact will become. There is only 1 solution, and that is ignore them.
Please share other solutions with us if you find one. If not, please actually do it next version.

Last version was one of the best if not the best in the recent years thats why many fams came back thinking if the same would happen again, sadly it turned to be one of the worst due to the pacts and their dogs, its obvious that you are part of a pact as a dog and thats why you are defending them sadly.
Btw we know how Ontario won the version the prizes were divided between the last fams with a fake war.

Is work experience milestone really important?
I bring 2 new friend into game this version. They liked after to much explanation. One of them even get RP taken for being online to much...didnt go log of on mobile and its look like he is online constantly, and he didnt was in top 500, but top 10 ranks with online 80% didnt get ban or taken RP...so nice move from admin to bring new people. Second thing, they ask me, what is the point of all ranks expect Bruglione, when there is no action that you talked about it on, killing someone who scam you on mobster, war on swindler etc...why they dont make game to start from Bruglione instantly, on 100% give them to start fam, on 200% let it to be GF/FL and play. What is the purposse of those low ranks in this game? I didnt have explanation for that question. Its same calculation, 100% brug is almost like all ranks before it.make it calculation, time needed for LC, make it same progres on Bruf that you can start fam. Game will be more intresting ans you will have purpose of Bruglione.
So any of admins, if you read, can you explain to me and all new players purpose of: empty suit, delivery boy, picciotto, shoplifter, pickpocket, thief, associate, soldier, swindler, assasin, LC, Chief??
Point of lower ranks is progression. It is designed to hook you in. You start small, progress through ranks, unlock features (group crimes etc) then when you get LC, you can do 'endgame thing' which is creating fam and shoot. It is not badly designed, but yes, more things to do on lower ranks would be more fun, and now with plating, there is no shooting on lower ranks whatsoever.
What he says actually makes some sense though. In the past there was a sense of achievement when you went a rank up. Now it's just a reminder that you gotta feed some more credits to your lackeys.
I was just explaining the intention, but I agree. I don't think it's so dramatical as he explains it, but yeah, the lower ranks are more blurred together and you just fly through them without much going on.
It's part of the problem I reckon. There isn't much to play for except shooting for hof. Objects don't really matter in the grand scheme of things, there are players on 3 mil bullets or over that couldn't manage an object to save their live.
Ranking isn't fun or rewarding. Collecting milestones is semi-fun, but it get's to be enraging/demotivating when you lose half your milestones during the night. Or worse yet, you collect them all but get shot down in the very first war you enter by someone who put in a tenth of the effort but managed to stay alive up until then.
The end-game has a whole set of problems in and of itself and has spurred on massive pacting and gay-ass strategies to win the game.
The only reason I reckon 80% of the game still plays this is because of the friends they made and because whatever whatsapp group or irc channel you're on is just much more active and fun when you all play. A sort of shared misery that bonds you over this horror-show of a game.
Yup, it's not content game, it's social game. Let's make our own gangster game which will be f2p :P
