Pacts are legal according to game rules, there is nothing preventing from other families pacting against them. Politics are part of the game too and you get punished for not doing it well. Also most Akills from legit families are from Anarchy and Lusa (surprise surprise) you can check Hall of Shame for yourself. Turkish akills are usually random farmers and not the top accounts. Probably they are also large in numbers because of demographics of the game, more Turkish people in general means more Turkish people in any criteria. But its easier to pull out race card out of your ass than to accept you are failing.

It seems as if the Turks can only think in pact vs pact and no further, and if you come with that output in an old-school busy version you will not get far.
