$2.52 billion is approximately 900 DC's on oBay
Reganto don't even hold a bullet factory object.
Have I mentioned this 'person' or 'group of players' also had the time to 'legally' buy at least 900 DC's (and re-sell attempts), buy 38000 HP (by trading even MORE DC's for HP) and complete 27000 Bustouts in the first few days?

When Leviticus was first found in v2.8? it was Valahia+Deluccio=1. Gral was almost semi retired by then.
