I believe at some point Omerta maybe tried to give these pages (Dbot, Wbot, Omertabeyond) access to this data externally so they don't need an online account 24/7 to take the statistics I'm not sure. This type of accounts have been around for as long as statistics pages, news sites and IRC bots have been around.

So basically don't bother with them. They are there to provide you with this stats you see on pages like this one.
