I remember on 2.7 or 2.8 (something like that) i'd sleep from 5/6 am CET until 10am, for a month +-
So yeah, I do believe you can make it a 4 hours sleep a day if the only thing you will be doing is sticking to your computer. Just because you can't, doesn't mean nobody can.
The only way to catch scripts is having the script leaked. Other than that, you can message them ingame, stuff like tv will answer for you, tv can also group crime for you so the group crime status isn't that reliable..
