I really don't mind the money I donate goes to heart surgery and if you really did that then that's a noble thing to do but when I read those statistics I start getting my doubts. If you would've said there is a part time coder working on omerta I would've believed it.
We never get new features, no marketing, no bug fixing (even after reporting it needs to be posted here on OB and mass abused before a fix comes), no admins to actually listen to the community.
All I see is kcode, the incompetent (volunteers) in #help, the bramblerose who only comes online to give away the weekend voucher and some idiot volenteer admins banning everyone who criticises you of the omerta forum.
You can say you contract people but what do you guys even do? Are they contracted to sit and amuse you?

/sarcasm off, don't convince me your company is doing a good job for the community convince me that you will remove bugs, hire decent people for in #help and find a new playerbase.. If you don't you can't do all those great things you mentioned anymore and maybe will end up just like us, clicking for a game where nobody clicks anymore..
