Well as mentioned by murderinc the real toprankers had even more before the limit I think, and either way it's not just this RP that puts them above the others, this RP just causes a snowball effect, people are able to do heists/OC etc sooner, can buy more b/n, have higher chances of success in crimes, all that snowballs into more RP so you can take the lead.
But I'm not a buster so I'm not sure how many BO they got in the time before the limit and how much of an advantage it gave them exactly, these are just my guesses.

I would guess that the difference between players who do every b/n run manually and players who use lackeys (even if just for a few hours every day) would be close to that number (caused by missed runs and activity increasing faster).
Add group crimes to the mix and it doesn't look so strange anymore.
Not saying there is no RP bug btw, who knows.

Isn't it written somewhere don't pm the ppl in HELP as it won't help you any further....
Isn't there a process in Support Omerta to report broken DC's. I've done it twice this version for my codes, within 1-5hrs i normally get an email with my replacement code.

It's not even worth discussing it. The crew simply consists of dickheads, bluntly put but that is my experience after all those years. I don't have the slightest sympathy for them, neither does 95% of the players.
Even the facebook page is only getting a couple of likes at best.
The whole plan is dead on arrival.

Yeah turn the game back to manual which will just cause everyone to go back to scripting, and turning the payment/donating system in a pay-to-win system with huge advantages for donators, that will definitely fix this game.
