Again this discussion as to why people do not re-rank has came up.
1) It costs too much real money to rerank a strong account. If you spend any ingame money on DC's from obay, your account becomes too weak to make an impact through lack of bullets.
2) Obviously players mentality, alot of people are now not willing to put much effort in and expect an easy ride. Basically there is alot of quiters.
3) The KS, original accounts generally have after winning a few wars, becomes too high. (I personally do not see a porblem here as I think higher KS is a reward for good play).
4) Rebirth account strengths are far too weak. This I believe to be the main reason for me not personally bothering to rerank. As MurderInc said above, we tried to rerank after dieing last version and had 30-40 brugs'. First war we all got slaughtered like pigs..we killed 6 attackers but lost 35 brug's...this kind of puts you off wanting to try again.
Just my opinions and those of players I have regular contact with, if anyone would like to add reasons or disagrees lets chat it out. (Dev responses would be awesome! )

This version is much more exciting, my family is dead, but for a long time I have not played this exciting verziju.Aeterna did a good job, there is nothing to blame them, even though they killed us. good acconuts, good players. See you next versions o/

Why rerank ?
They only will use us for ks-food ;) they killed all small fams 1 week ago . and now 4 weeks after reset , this version is done .
Just bring the bottle back , insteed kill all LC + for ks

No you didnt got your family killed. The ones who shoot you got your family killed.
Its easy to blame the regular player, who is just playing and ranking a bit. Admins could try to balance the spot profits some more. Or fams should instruct their members to be more active in their own city. But its a reality you cant really blame on the average joe.

Families like Faffie kill this game. They begin shooting when there arent gf/fl and stay shooting for a week till they are dead... then they win or lose a version... there are more fams like that.. only tactics they know is shooting every night and after a week game is dead... they win and version is over fast.. they are dead and version is some longer... than people rank and we see some smaller wars... when big fams like that are around with only know shoot shoot shoot this game will be dead soon...
No i am not saying you have to hug, but some more tactics than shooting every night would do some good to this game

Game died, when lackeys came to this world u cannot catch a lackey user when u die, u can never do that times ago u could re-rank when there were no lackeys and no tiredness that gave u alot pluses to revenge for the one that killed u, u re-ranked hard and catch the one who killed u now u cannot no matter how much hard u rank cause of the tiredness & the other users rank same as much as u cuz of the lackeys.

There is an easy option to fix all the problems as mentioned below.
Simple: re-implement 2.1 play style without lackeys.
Result: More players, ks possible for every player (shooting the bottle fuck yeah), no spot advantages for huge fams, more object wars, more dedication to the fam you are in, bigger families, more families, more fun.
I dont see any objections against this from a players view. Those people who yell stuff like: "omg no i need lackeys cuz i am busy", to those i say: tough luck. Thats what separates good players from bad players. all you need now to make a difference is a good text bundle on your Phone and a nice lackey schedule.
This will be the only option to save this game wich has gone down from a #1 internet maffia game to a #25 game that nobody really likes anymore.
But hey; thats not gonna happen anyways. But dont fear; we still have COD and GTA.
