It's easier to just a-kill random people the chance you have a dupe a-killed is round 60% :D

Idd it is smul... I dont remember that someone had stronger acc then him since 2.4 when i started playing omerta. And u must admit that, after him, his 'followers' (MadamBlossom(Helena) and Billy(Kurt)) in 3.2 did the great job by making like 30 kills each, with kill streak that last for about 5 months. ;)
