Any family, it shouldn't be like you have to find a next victim everytime your war is over. You recover and when someone has messed around with you or forms a threat for your family, you observe them for a bit and if you're sure they are a threat you make plans to shoot them.
This counts for every family. If I have a family in a different city than Detroit and my family is tiny, I'm not going to worry about Vaffanculo or Ascension... I'm going to see if I can get a spot in my city and I'll look if there's a family that I can shoot for that in the same city.
That's how this game is supposed to work, if you're small, you start small, you start with getting spots and when you get bigger you can become a threat for bigger families. When that happends you might have to start planning against the bigger families.
People on this game just think about shooting everyone down as fast as you can to force a reset. It's a mafia game, not a reset fun.. Small families vs small families should be possible and small families should be able to play without interference of big powerhouses (unless the small familiy takes something that is property of the powerhouse ofcourse).

Vaffanculo needed a sisterfamily due to the fact they had max objects in their family anyway, why not create a sisterfamily called messina when you have so many messina players in your family already? Messina and vaffanculo have always been close anyway.
Next to that, yes Gravano is back up, yes. But there is no hate between the two afaik. They haven't shot at eachother and Vaffanculo has nothing to gain by shooting Gravano without objects. Playing style like that (always just shooting 'big names' as precaution kills the game and only hands over the version wins to lame playing style.

First of all these bloods you listed aren't even correct so you're poorly informed. Next to that Vaffanculo helped maraz 2 times when they got shot at. Maraz didn't come back after being hijacked, before that hj memento got downed by admins and didn't get back up. So 2 of their 3 bloods got downed outside their influence and did not get back up.
Ofcourse they look for others to work with then, again the names you listed aren't all the correct names.
