I think they really bored and they wanna discard us. :) there is no more explanation. but its a good news for them, they succeed !

As for Krays I suspect they ran out of options for this version, because I could not see any possible scenario for this version that included Levi-Provenzano-Destination blooding them, after they screwed up last version so badly.
