The ROM was supposed to be used during a version so we would slowly move towards a reset when more and more people wanted it. Dynamic was the word.
Now they are just using it whenever the DC profits are down.
Let's see if they will put up another new version without 1 single line of change in the gamecode.

Blacksea had a nice version but since they dont make it to the end they cant be seen as winners.
