No, since memento & Sindi are as one and they have only 2 bloods, samagano and monte carlo. so not hard to kill them without being afraid of a counter.

Personally, I would probably start bringing down this big alliance (Hey I did not use the word "pact") from another angle, and start off with Cristeria. But that's mainly because I despise Liberta more than Monte Carlo.
