Nope, they are not pets for being loyal, they are pets for only doing as they are told by their masters in Conflict. They will only join this war and help one side, after Conflict tells them who to shoot. Btw. This probably the 3rd real war this version, that deserves this describtion. 1. War falling/rising star. 2. Rochester getting shot. 3. Now this one.
