Yes, you are right.
but if this pact had not exist, then there was no prob...
I think it would be nice if quirites/conflict shoot at liberta or something...
otherwise there is little hope, all top accounts against maraz, kuro & co, who has tho start again

Version has been closed; +20 families in a side with +550 brugs, the rest with not even 200 brugs.
As I had posted some months ago, 36 families wasn't nice for the game.
Admins and people voted 36 families have done a fatal error for this version.
Minimum 50 families by version, as I had voted.

Those two arent always mutually exclusive :p Though yes Brusakin was a bit hypocritical in the way he stated things.
I'm just going to c/p my last post cuz it got no love and I think that even though I was drunk when I wrote it, the points are still poignant.
The biggest mistake of this version was the # of families. The second largest was sluggs. And 3rd largest was just the effectiveness of lackey's in general... Too much god damn money in the game. And that's my perspective. Learn it, Love it, Live it.
Deston at 04:22:41 on 29/02:
Talk about integrity and hijack in the same post?
Brusakin at 02:53:15 on 29/02:
I disagree, 36 families is alright, just blood 2-3 families each and you got a great game, with actual winners instead of just another piece of shit verison like this. Would be great to win with just you and your 2 bloods around wouldn't it? Then you really won, these guys, They at least win the award of biggest pact without any other alliance which comes even close to their power.
And why? They wanted to stop Leviticus/Gamb/IDT/Turkuz from doing the same they did last version, the only thing they did was turn themselves into the people they loath. There's only a few families with real integrity left, they are easy to spot really, even if there's such a big pile of shit which does block your view.
If you all whine about pacts, join a family which never makes a pact. If they make the same mistake you hijack them. Easy as that.

Then there would have been another reasons to group up. That's mainly a thing of players' mentality. And the problem was, that fams who did no go up at first gathered in too few other fams, and that those decided to blood each other early on. Still the version could have been saved at the first "War" if the other non-packed fams, would've realized what was going on and decided to put their personal issues (hello to Turkuz and Maraz and to Krays and Gambino), aside for a moment and worked together. Maybe the gangbang of Venture was the very last moment all non-pact fams together could have done something, instead of settling old scores (hello, Maraz again), and decided to actually help Venture. When Turkuz+ was gangbanged, the point of no-return had long been passed. All would've, could've and should've about missed opportunities are courtesy of Captain Hindsight
Anyway, I agree 36 was a too small number of fams. But you have ro remember why the fam. limit was installed in first place. Towards the end of last version (the last month or two), those one man fams start to pop up. Just to get another CDC.
The real error was to remove the CDC Rank for Capos and toward it to Brugs with 0 CM as long as they are Don of a family.
I am not sure how to solve that problem. With lackeys gathering CM has become even easier.
So bringing back CDC for Capos and make it tougher to become CDC in terms of CM (for GF).
I would also raise the required CM for GF rank massively, but I am kinda sure, a lot of people will object to this.
The other - in theory good - idea, behind limited fam spots was, to create competition, if you want to start a sis-fam shoot for the fam spot.
46 spots looks like a reasonable enough number.

One of my chief complaints is certainly lackeys (particularly sluggs). But to answer your "why would more families make the game better" remark I would say consider this. One of the reasons we had more wars last version than this version is because with 100 families, the sides were not so cut and dry. One could hit at the outer edges, to weaken an alliance indirectly. Kind of a Cold War of sorts, with sphere's of influence. Via proxy wars, families could strengthen or weaken their standing. It also meant that there were Alliances within larger alliances, which gives a whole other war dimension, more diversity means more excitement... There's no such thing as a proxy wars with 36 families. It's why wars are overkills. One side picks another side and dismantles it. Tertiary families can't get involved because the sides are already blatantly clear... and because there are no tertiary families.
Additionally, with a 36 family limit, those families who get eliminated have a much more difficult time becoming relevant again... which further reduces opposition to dominating families. The way this version is set up, with kill based KS, ridiculously Lackey income, and sluggs, the first big Alliance that made a move was destined to be the winners. I'm a fan of the (soon-to-be) winners, not a fan of the version. I'm actually pretty drunk atm and rambling so everything i just said can probably be ignored. gnight

Well with lackeys you now have "Proxy Wars" too, just not the way you meant it.

Then there would have been another reasons to group up. That's mainly a thing of players' mentality.

Yes, you are right.
but if this pact had not exist, then there was no prob...
I think it would be nice if quirites/conflict shoot at liberta or something...
otherwise there is little hope, all top accounts against maraz, kuro & co, who has tho start again

close the pact. It is redundant. It was done because the threat to the fams in the pact felt at threat with reset. It has since grown because of asslickers and bloods.
Families in the pact should shoot at others in the pact that arenot bloods.

Re-lackey it hard and with some organization you can easily turn version back...
People are way too used to one-rounded versions, as it is now it would be easy to organize a good 2nd round and change version, I would do it... lol :)
