I could say that it wasn't common to have over 300k bullets "back in days" because back then ppl had wars, ppl survived in those wars (=shooters with bullets) and then after the wars they could buy more bullets. Best shooters had less bullets, the useless account huggers might had more but no1 gave a shit about them as they where just sitting ducks or those that ran away asap if any war was going on.

Having over 1mil bullets will grant your account at-least 1000 account strenght points.
Add a few hundred due to your rank and RP and presto, bf heaven.
Players brought that on themselves by waiting a month between gangbangwars, its not normal for a 600k bullet count to be #280 or something.

You fail to see my point. This is the first version where the true impact of lackeys has been seen. The entire game has changed. Sure, you can blame Conflict all you want, but what about every other family? There are other families who are stronger who could also act. Why do you only criticize that group? Dont let your hatred for them cloud your judgement.
As far as them being a war machine, when you are the first target for every family in the beginning of every version of course your not going to be very effective. But time and time again it has been proven that if they have a chance to situate themselves and grow they will bring wars. Either by planning them themselves or by being the target family.
And how can you blame them for the families outside of their blood list who follow them? Shouldnt you be blaming those pussy families instead for kissing up to Conflict? If I were in Conflicts position, Id let as many families suck up to me as they want ... then kill them later for not having a backbone. :p
