This means having 2 million bullets is useless and the only things that matter now are bodyguards, capo,hammer, rank etc.

Get the RP earned by a member of the opposite family when you kill him/her. Not all of the RP but maybe 50%. Only the fam gets the RP so their fam rank can increase quicker.
That said...lackeys V2 will probably help with capo money and family rank so it would be a bit useless.
