Been awhile since the crew and devs gave two shits about this game. As long as the DC money comes streaming in from the usual whales nothing will change. But I don't see this game being around in a couple years, by then even the whales will be bored out of their mind and have stopped playing. When the owners of this less than stellar run game sees the money dry up, they'll call it a day and pull the plug.
