There are/have been quite some names around that are really related to mafia. Lucchese, Provenzano, Krays, Bruinsma, Colombo, Gotti, Ndrangheta,...

Rapture from last version was the best... After that comes (in my opinion) Boobs, Camorra, Righelli, Anomaly, Anarchy...
