Make it so that the Don and the tops feel the pain every time they have akills in the family, you'll see this crap stop pretty quick. Check your CM and money spent for upgrades retard, its not coming from thin air its funding with dupes. Plus your famworth and regime strength all those wars

It isn't about WHICH language is best to learn for international communication, it's about the fact that we are lucky enough to live in a time where we are able to meet people from all over the world and share/learn about all sorts of different cultures.
It's really up to each individual to decide how much they want to broaden their horizons!

someone bashing a businessman regarding his english skills (he seems to have intermediate lvl btw) can be 80 IQ at most. i stick with my comment. business is done with relations, speaking foreign language is a must for traders/salesman, not a must for businessman.

imo solution for stronger rebirths
- you keep your "bullets shot" for rebirth account
- slower rank progress after a limit (for example after %100 rp)
but reranking will make versions last at most 2-3 months, not more. with this rankspeed things happening in short time
a version longer then 2-3 months, would i prefer it? well personally not. ok 1 month versions is short but more then 3 months would be time-consuming

- some will say that last war Persico & Outlawz suffered from those 2 abusers. i agree

- Jannissary++ could not take down cartegena because of these 2 monster accounts
as a result who managed to get important revive? Prophecy. the family that was helped by cartegena against jannis++ and they were up because of this help. so you call this fair? lol
there can't be a balanced revive policy, judge those 2 accounts with last war and do not count how gameplay was unbalanced from the day those accounts went big, you will fail with this judgement.
