One of the changes are the amount of bullets one can buy per hour. This will be linked to your race status. The more you race the more bullets you can buy per hour. This makes it not impossible for players who use Lackeys to buy bullets but it will give an advantage to manual players.

well thats not a big big change, and race form can easily be gained by heists (driving car) so it wont give more activity to the game. limit lackey bullets to 400 and manual bullets to 1000, problem solved. i dont think their solution solves anything

Most fams we've founded and gode has played in had no playing style which gode mentioned above. Venture, Fidelitas, Nufan, 2nd Avaritia have no massblooding. I don't know about first Avaritia and some fams B|Jack, Jans etc. founded without me. Stabbing we did only to fams that were selling us.

ofc you can (and omerta crew does) track IP pools that you join. but you can't ban any IP unless that is static IP. that would be totally absurd to ban a dynamic IP, unrelated ppl can't join bcz some1 cheated with that IP.

They should remove the Hall of Fame, that would make people push themselves less to the limit. U can't even compete properly without swapping/scripting/teamviewer/duping nowadays. Even selling DC's is getting risky.

well HOF is important motivator but i believe there are more factors to push the limit
as an example i was regular player around 3.x versions. shooting and dieing, sometimes making progress (like being GF etc) sometimes die as simple chief/brug
when i got shot multiple times by mass-duper jannissary boss (we knew he was mass-duping cuz i was in their warchannel for 2 versions spying around, they werent even asking what is my ingame, and that lamer was shooting with his dupes and pasting it to chan, calling he "shot from xxx account" etc.) i said enough. there are always some money spenders like fenrir/cracka/red etc. but when you see some cheater shooting you down multiple times, there are 2 ways. 1 you quit, 2 you find some way to overachieve. yeah most of my friends quit cuz they just didnt have motivation/ability to overachieve.
i had a post about how this game should be designed, i still think there should be such solution
bigger problem is : this game runs on real money and duping/cheating.
if you want good accounts, you should pay 100 to 1000 dollars (yea i know a top account paying 1k in a version) or cheat in some way (duping, funding, bug abusing etc.)
there is a slight chance that you can build a good account without that 2 options. maybe some lottery/poker luck, or using fam objects all for yourself, but those options are limited to %1 of playerbase
thats simply a money trap, yes paid money can give you a slight advantage in online gaming, but when this advantage plays big role in that online game, that is not acceptable
this game should be rebuild on a ranking/collecting system that favors good tacticians and good rankers. else it will stay same shit with a playerbase consisting 300 players max, noone will come back to be smashed by somebody rich or cheating

if you kill top accounts of winning family @last week, it deserves an explanation. and if they think its VPN or TV usage (no other then that 2 reasons can be valid for such an idiot akill) yes it would be good post explaning it CAN BE CATCHED to prevent further attempts/akills. most ppl think that its safe, do not think only those 3 accounts could have used it.
