There will be a new rule about plating, so you can technically still suicide people. You just need to up a fam in their city before doing that though.
It is already active on .DM server. So high likely next round we will have this active on .COM too.

- Hitlist buyout is now the same amount of the buy-in;
- After being hitlisted for 48h, the player will lose plating until he is bought out.
