Well from my own schizophrenic detective work I've concluded the following results:
It's all about propaganda to make Templars look like the heros.
It also has a reference to "Guardashians" which is the lingo of Ocarnia.
It also begins off with Ocarnia this..Ocrania that...
It also states the family Latitante who's disliked by Ocarnia based on his comments in rip forums I came across, which shows his heoric stance on his enemy.
How could Ocarnia get frustrated with Kapow?
Easily, not deleting these people who were slandering his nick when he didn't auth it, and probably something to do with ingame shit tbh
