So, we are eight (8) days into the new version and at the time of writing this we have five (5) families. From afar, it seems all of the Bosses are legitimate accounts where busting for RP has contributed to the quick ranking. Fair game to them.
Now, the purpose of this comment is directed at the Casino and Family Spot system. Since v4.90 (I think?) the casino objects have been available to anyone and no limit on how many one account can own/operate. Further to this, we have all the family business spots available for purchase. When these two factors were combined (albeit in error by the administrative team when the Gambling District was introduced) there simply is a pathetic economy. An economy so bad that at the time of right bullets prices on oBay because to reach $1000 each but due to the over supply of DC's, the price of them are still hovering at approx. $2.5m.
So the sales price of 3k exceeds the sale of a DC. Does this not:
a) Promote the sale of MORE DC's to get enough cash to 'build' your account and
b) Does this not promote even more DUPES buying and selling bullets for an advantage
I understand the administrative staff have increased the max-bet option for the BF but that's not going to drop the oBay bullet prices OR decrease the amount of money in the game.

Ever heard the rumor of admins placing dc's on obay to keep the prices low? To promote the sale of MORE dc's as you mentioned.

With the current DM system you'd get a number of hours with 2x rank progress when you rebirthed and you'd keep your bullets. Which was an improvement already.
The system that's gonna be implemented next friday should make it possible to regain all your lost account strength. So it sounds good, wonder how it'll pan out though.

On DM, yes. On .com it's limited up to LC, and starting from LC it's 60k again.
Basically the only result is that people get the chance to invest loads of cash in their account until LC, hoping that they'll survive, admins simply don't care about what happens after LC, the major DC buying for busters has staggered at that point anyway.

You basically only need 1 dc to suicide on a Local chief later on, so you get that DC back, free fun!
Another rule though for you smartasses out there, minimum rank is LC to suicide at, no silly top20 mobster accounts.

As next version won't bring a fix for the suicides, some people refuse to rank and buy tons of dc's to get their accounts where they want to be. Who can blame them really? Before Brug it won't matter if you bought 1 dc or 100 dc's, as we've seen this version, anyone can still easily take down any player he wishes.
The fact that the current version manager can't see the crisis being done to her salary, I'll help out a bit.
