I can give a small explanation:
- Plating system was too complex and slowed down the game massively (too many queries and relations) with the surge of users online
- A cache layer was added to prevent slow down and make it work well
- A cache bust wasn't added when a user changed families (so for plating cache, the user was still in old family)
- It worked on LC war, because users came from famless to new family
- It didn't work now, because users went from one family to the other
For everything else, if you think a personal insult and threat justifies any of the bullshit you believe in then I think you shouldn't even be playing any game at all.
