Yes, the captchas are a real pain. I think it's an issue with the connection between the Omerta servers and the captcha servers.

As of this morning, I am being told 'most families will not play'. My guess is that this will not be a very big version, even though a lot of folks swore to come back for v5.
Assassino will be up. 1 or 2 of our regular bloods will be up too, but I'm not going to say who. It'll be up to them to announce if they want to.
Sadly, I think they need to go back to 2.1 style (no .pt, .tr, .nl, .dm, etc) and merge everything back into .com. Otherwise, this game will be on life support.

You DO realize that there can only be one family left standing this version, right? Reset cannot be started until all but one family is dead. It's cleanup time, so that's what the top families are doing. I'm pretty sure it's nothing personal and that there would be other plans implemented if winning didn't require total annihilation.

Nah, they changed the rules for this version, since it's the last one in v4. In the rules it states:
*Winner of the last v4 round will be the last standing family (condition is to have GF/FL rank)
So now that the big wars are done, the remaining top families are just making their move towards one. I'll admit, after watching this version, I wish I had actually played.
