If you used teamviewer or not is relevant 100%. If you used it your akill was 100% legit. That others use it aswell and don't get caught is the same with driving to a red light with your car, if the police see it you're busted others might be lucky.
But imo the admins should give all teamviewer cheaters an akill. It is very clear sated in the game rules that sharing is forbidden. Using teamviewer = sharing.

Finally, TV is a grey area from the get go and considering its harder to crack a prejudice than an atom, what ever I say won't change your opinion in that subject.
