I was top3 from Avaritia I had +60m capo money and I sold many DC this version and my familly have BJ Chi and BF Palermo I got help from familly also and I shot 680k bullets and I had more 60..Did you think so anormal my account? this game have +50 accounts same like mine( too many died ) Colossal had minumum 5 account stronger than me before war. I am sure Admins dont any prof about funding my account if they can show me single prof about that I can be retired now ( I am thinking about that also anyway).
I see there so interesting option at votes. How can you write there punish for next version? rollback? Everyone know a big familly took 2 time version with +200 healty bug , did any admins open this kind votes there and really so much ironic Aart opened this votes .

When talking about the 'effect' cheating has on the game or the amount of people being affected by this, what are your standards?
I see these people could have had a huge effect on the outcome of this version and an even bigger amount of people being affected indirectly. Let me state an example:
This game has about 500 players who reach bruglione around the time of first war, a part of which isn't even active. When you talk about 20 bruglione+ kills you talk about around 5% of the game directly being killed by cheaters. I know for a fact those accounts also missed shots and were hit while surviving. Because of that those accounts also lost bullets, bodyguards and money. On top of that, the best accounts of Siberia/Aeterna/Colossal have been hunting those top Avaritia accounts which caused other Avaritia brugliones to shoot freely on your families. Also those Avaritia top accounts downed some of the top accounts of the families that were shot at. Accounts that would normally be able to sit on don position for a long time.
I am quite sure you can say over 10% of this game is directly or indirectly affected by the cheating of those 7 akilled people, mainly because of the fact those accounts were very strong accounts. The same goes for last version where Lusa people were akilled, these CDs would still be up and defending their spots if none had akilled them. ;)

i agree 100% and why post anonymous to Aart and Murder we all know they cheated big time, even i ( the awesome noob ) cheated, believe it or not, but in the end when you dont take this game so serious and play fair it actually becomes more fun. Let's see what will happen, i think it would be fair to give everyone affected by these a revive, although i know we dont live in a Fairytail, where pink ponies save the day.. Or Aart gives all the fair players a healthbug.

Last 10 versions lasted about 2 months on average, with some lasting 3. Reason is IMO the smaller player base and the lack of qualified tops, which means only a small number of families remain relevant, resulting in less possible war scenarios, which usually means 1-2 big wars in a version and then it's time for another reset.
There's also a new KA (well, it's been live for over a year now, so not really all that new) which is quite nice, but has the side-effect of making it pretty hard for rerankers to kill veteran accounts. Still way better than the random KA that's been used before, but it needs improvements for rerankers.
As for money, well, to stay at the top, you can either sell DCs, cheat in some way, or you're lucky enough to be top and you don't mind using your fam money for yourself. Otherwise it's pretty hard to keep up, although you can still build a relatively decent account without all that.

Just a cautionary tale to the wise.. Be careful about donating money to this game. There is no guarantee that they will deliver any service or reliability to you at all.
Last night, I get home from work around 4 PM, my time and I see that my lackeys have been half-ass working as usual. However, this is the first day of a new server, which is probably the most important day to be a fast ranker, so I make up my mind that I am going to be a top ranking player on this server and do the ranking manually.
7 hours later.. 7 hours of watching virtual timers to reach 1s so that I can click and do a crime, do a car nick, work in a few jail busts.. As many as possible in as little time as possible.. I have been doing this for 7 hours and have climbed from page 18 to page 6 in the user rankings.
During this time, I have bought 2 donation codes to buy lackey credits, 1 dc to buy my 40 clicks per minute, and 4 more donation codes to sell on obay so that I can afford the Douglas DC-3 plane.
Just as things were looking promising for my account, about 3 minutes past midnight, the server goes down.. Offline! I can no longer load the barafranca website. I can no longer connect to Omerta's IRC server. I am no longer able to rank.
At this point, I know that my lackeys are not running because I have been manually ranking for the past 8 hours straight. I continued refreshing for about 45 minutes.. Still nothing. Hell, I have work tomorrow.. I can't stay awake all night, so I go to bed. 5 hrs and 45 minutes later, I wake up and check my phone to see if there is a message from the Omerta staff explaining what happened.. Nothing. I log into #help and talk with a moderator.. Nothing but a damn email address: "[email protected]". I add a ticket.. Again, "[email protected]".
Finally, I sent out an email explaining what happened just under 7 hours before.. I go to work, be productive, earn a few dollars.. OK, 10 hours later and I'm finally home.. I check my email.. nothing. 10 hours after a server stayed down for 90 minutes and not a single reply.. No forum messages.. Nothing.
After 35 hours of playing, I have fallen from top 90 players to below position 500.
We can sit here and debate on how to improve and resurrect this game for the rest of our lives, but I can see no reason that anyone here should allow their selves to hold any expectations other than the scumbags who own the license to this game will continue taking your money, no matter what. The ones who actually pocket the money do not give a shit about whether or not you are satisfied. The users who play this game are no more than a host for these parasites to steal from.
