Admins aint doing enough about dupes coz they pay for dc's.

Average developers could finish a job like this (with access to everything you need, db, original PHP&JS code, etc) on their own in 4-6 weeks. That's including testing and bugfixing.
Imagine working 40 hours per week. Employ 4 developers. Pay them 100$ per hour.
That'd come to a total amount of 96.000$ for 6 weeks of full time developing by 4 employees.
WELL, WHERE THE FUCK DOES THE OTHER 204.000$ GO TO?
