Every account on that logs has an extra info, let me show you.
This is the database structure from Swiffer:

As you can see there's a field "updatetime", which says the last time you used it.
In 2600, there were 300~ frozen, that means, those ones had logged in recently.
The "last year" user doesn't stick. Stop it.
