Back in 3.0 and 3.1 there was a 15min hospital time even for 1 bullet shots. We're talking about a way to destroy a armored car without sending the person to hospital, meaning they can't SH/get away in time.
Seems we are talking about different things then.

shooting 1 bullet at target so his car is ruined and then directly fire 60k at his ass so he won't have car-defence-worth and dies at 1 60k. (if shooter has good KS)

If done correcly, the target loses his car and since there is no blood loss, the target can be shot 1 second later, instead of the usual 10min hospital. And with 150 less defence points, it becomes easy prey.
Most of us have 100% KS so we can use and abuse of this tactics.

In a way, I believe you getting shot now just proves how well you guys stood in this short period of time. Not many families can brag about setting up and less than 3h later already be fully involved in a war. That's what bloods do. And we are thankful for it.

I see many people here complaining we have shot too many people.
First call us huggers, now the opposite. Hard to please the crowd lol
Personally, I believe this is our best version since I have joined Righelli.
And get over it, car kills are still kills. We were smart enough to figure out some way to kill strong full defensive accounts in one shot. Can't blame us for being tactally good.

The crew is correct in these, both the dev and myself have checked the kills and couldn’t find anything wrong. There is no random factor in the KA and the kills were made cause the other party was simply stronger than the attacker.
Having #1 rank doesn’t mean you’re the strongest player around, it doesn’t say anything about how strong one is. It’s a combination of a lot of things that gives one the #1 rank.
I also want to say that you’re misinformed, the player that killed Elmatador in backfire didn’t had 23% health left. I know this cause I checked all files myself yesterday on Elmatadors request.

In theory, yes, your argument sounds nice. In reality, however, for 95%+ of the players 3AM OT is classified as "night".
Maybe he safehoused at night so he could sleep through? If he was offline in villa, he could still get shot every 5min, how is he supposed to rest when there's a very high chance people will shoot him till he breaks?
I've spent a night at safehouse as gf once, spent nearly 30mill but slept like a baby. ;)
