Ok my two cents. Yes, flowzz this is gonna be preaching. I try to keep it short though.
The problem with omerta is, the only people who are actually dumber than the crew running this game, are the players still playing it.
The playerbase is so much dumbed down, that they let crew get away with halfassed jobs and ridiculous attitude towards the game they are supposed to run, and yet still continue to play and buy Donation Codes. I mean, get real.
If this hitlist and other bugs are just a variation of an older bug, and that the local bf are apparently also (still) bugged, should give you all a clue. I mean which part of this mess is not bugged?
If somebody cares to try, I am inclined to guess, that you could probably also shoot more than 60k bullets that way.
Yet, player will continue to play. Well not actually play, they will hire lackeys to let them play this game for them.
What was the last thing developers actually did? They invented lackeys to fight scripts (I compared that to giving free methadone to an entire population, to fight heroin addiction a certain percentage was suffering from).
Yet, people continued to play (and to buy DCs)
They failed to implement Texas Hold'em, while the original 5 card draw poker was bugged, and probably still is.
Yet, people continued to play (and to buy DCs)
Their failure with the Wall, that was also bugged and gave free RP (shooting 60k at an offline target at a villa without explosives). Yet, people continued to play.
Oh, I almost forgot about that failed Rank Cap, they tried to implement. Even Brando himself (falsely) claimed repeatedly it worked. Before he eventually had to concede, no it does not work.
Yet, people continued to play (and to buy DCs)
I mean in a way, the community should be lucky, those able developers did not try to invent more.
I mean any company with such a history of repeated failures, would have been easily out of business. And I am not even talking about their incredible useless customer support aka #help
