Well if you look at the state of OBN and the game itself, I think he's the only reporter who still want's to make war reports because the rest can't be arsed to do so and rightfully so.

Siberia shared a script whit me a year ago or so maybe even 2. i gave the script to admins and they did nothing only when i sended the photos to other families and they made it public on there fam pages admins akilled them. Im sure there is a new one but admins wont do shit till someone do what i did :)

I can name you at least 5 families from the back of my head who got way more akills in the time we've been around, in less played versions than us, but yes, we weren't the cleanest bunch.
Then again, the versions mentioned before where there were multiple alliances out to kill us, we've had blood offers from most of the attackers in most cases. Last few years the common mentality is to just accept every bloodrequest you can find and then cherrypicking who you're gonna stab (happened back then aswell, just on a smaller scale of playercount percentage, because the game was way more crowded), we just played with our own (in most cases) reliable circle of families and shot against the rest. If you're gonna fight the majority of the families where nearly all of them had cheating (in some way or form) tops/high ranked players, you're basically punishing yourself when you play fully legit against an opposition, that's just because the game favors sharing/scripting by nature due to core game mechanics.
Of course, and don't get me wrong; I'm not saying "other families made us cheat", but we're not looking to invest lots of time and money if you're gonna give the opposition the upper hand by allowing them to cheat and stay clean yourself. In the end, people play a game to win it, not just for participation.

You must be new to the game then ... Kitten, Kredu, Atremo, RS, there where massive fams like Luchesse, Nuevitas and many more cheating in the past on those scripts.
Beyond as it exitsts today used to be Fingon/Zenga's page, these guys ran one man proxy armies with fams like Fumatore and later on Curse. I'm sure Siberia inherited some exclusive goodies from the past, but it's not like they invented it.

Feel like an important distinction is missed here. If I make a family and blood 2 other families who blood eachother too, then that's a pact. If I chain together the entire game in order to get a couple of stars then that's just gay as hell as well as pacting. It's a bit like, if someone hits me in the face and I hit him back then I won't be villified for doing so. But if someone hits me in the face and I kill his entire family, string up his dog and rape his kitten then maybe those actions will be looked upon as being a bit excessive.
