Since all 56 headquarters were taken, someone had to go down in order for someone else to go up. Memento, of whom most members were in Conflict decided that Cobi was the weakest link, and opened fire on them.

They lost some members in backfire, but within a few moments Cobi was more or less dead, but not down yet.
It's rumoured that in fear of losing his account, the last surviving Local Chief finally invited Memento members, trading his family for his own account.

Although claims were being made on Cobi's part that they belonged to the Violenza alliance, no retribution has been made on their part.
