Back in 2.3 a few members of the Rebellion family had created the Oblivion family. When they saw that same family come up this version - with no "real" members from 2.3's Oblivion in it - they were naturally angered. When they demanded the family to change the name, they did, by adding an 's' behind it.
Oblivions was still a thorn in the eyes of Rebellion's tops, but for the moment they had other matters to deal with when they came embroiled in another war.

But time passed, and Rebellion recovered from participating, and set their sights on Oblivions.
On Sunday evening they saw their chance, and attacked the Baltimore family together with their blood Akronia. The first wave did not go as expected, many attempts did not succeed, and the Oblivions family quickly countered the attack, and took out several Rebellion and Akronia highranks.

Oblivions seems to have given up, as they place a salute to their fallen members and kick everyone but two, the offline Don and the Sottocapo, both Capodecina.

Eventually, after shooters from Rebellion and Akronia use many attempts on the last First Lady Nescafe, Oblivions goes down, and within the blink of an eye Vincitori buys the 100 member headquarters in Baltimore.
