Reportedly, Sangre's tops were spreading rumors about the rising power, Profaci. In the hopes of getting the family, which is rumored to have lots of former NLS and Conflict members in it, as well as some ex-Favians members surviving the three big wars, Sangre also tried to gather several families to team up on the current number two.

But luck ran out, as Profaci picked up on the rumors and attempts before the plans were full-wrought, and struck on their Las Vegas neighbours with full force, and brought them down in a very short time.
