As Kerberos and their bloods were finding their last targets for their assault on Conflict and their bloods, also referred to as Conflict & Co, Argigrento shot at Kerberos, causing chaos on the attacker's side, and buying the defending Conflict some more time, as plans had already leaked to them earlier, but not early enough.
Shortly after the attacks on Kerberos, they and their bloods opened fire on Conflict, and it was as if hell had been unleashed on Omerta.

For the next twelve hours, most of the top families would be embroiled in a costly and exhausting war, which will leave most families either dead, or on the brink of extinction.

The cause for this war was most likely the fact that Conflict, and their bloodlist, has dominated 3 of the last 4 versions, and the best way to avoid that pact from doing so again, they were shot at.

But even though the attackers (16 families) outnumbered the defending ones (8), the mysterious new KA caused for major upsets during the cause of the war, such as targets not dieing, lots of shooters dieing, or both at the same time, when the shooters died in backfire, but their supposed victims walked away from it alive.
Now, more than 15 hours after the chaos and murder was let loose on the game, peace seem to have returned, to an extend, as some families are just too low on members and bullets to continue the fight, even though only 6 of the involved 24 families are down and out.
