The Don's of Dozen and Coccada (Tutu and Angela), were for unknown reasons targeted. At the same time, Talimar - Godfather of Untouchables - was in the plans to be a hijack victim.

The first to go was the Dozens Don, Tutu. His attacker Nilats was attempting to hijack the family, and did succeed in killing him, but came along with Tutu's backfire.
Second shot, Alternate shot at the one rank superior Talimar. Succeeded, but as expected, did not survive his portion of backfire either.
In the third act we see Goudvis shoot at the new Coccada Donna Angela, which results into both dying from the other's bullets.

About five minutes later, Guus (LC from Dozens) fails to kill the new Capulets family's Sottocapo, but is killed in her backfire.
