Reportedly, Lucchese's Don Epic (better known as ReBorN) was hacked. Successors were removed, and then he shot at Sigmas' Don Rapture, on of the longest alive players in the game, but was unable to cope with his backfire, bringing Lucchese down.
Around 21:00 OT, both players were revived and Lucchese slowly 'rebuild', aided by the crew (in a good way, mind you), and a little bit later, this was posted, which sparked a huge discussion about Omerta's already controversial 'no revive policy';
edit: the post has now (01:00 OT) been removed from the Latest News forum, probably due to loads of complaining and flaming towards the admins.

A quick summary of tonight's happenings so nobody gets the wrong idea, or the wrong information.
An admin account from another version was compromised, and used to compromise Epic's account, resetting the password and kill password, and so on.
Epic was then used to shoot Rapture.
Rapture was killed.
Epic was killed in backfire, and thanks to the efforts of the person responsible, Lucchese went down.
As this is thanks to an admin account (and therefore we , this has been undone, and both accounts have been revived.
Steps have been taken to ensure that this particular loophole will not be effective in future also.
Thanks for your patience while we sort this out!
